THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
1. The administrator of personal data within the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data, is the Voronet online shop based in Poland, 62-070 Dąbrówka, ul. Kasztanowa 5.

3. The Voronet online shop collects only the information that are provided by you and are necessary to process the orders. The information is stored in the computer system while maintaining security measures, including the use of security software and hardware.

7. In addition, we reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on us.
8. During fulfilling the transaction in the Voronet online shop does not gather the information about the bank accounts of their customers. The full process of payment is fulfilled by means of the company operating this system with the usage of a safe technology of the data transmission.

The automatically gathered data, which concern the Customers commenting products, may be used for promotion of the online shop or the products from the shop’s offer. The Customers’ comments may be used for the shop and products promotion.
The Voronet online shop reserves rights not to place the opinions containing vulgarisms (art. 3 of the Act on the Polish language from 7.10.1999) as well as information insulting people or their personality rights (art. 33 of the Civil Code). The Voronet online shop does not place the information for the private websites containing the personal and address data as well as opinions about the service of the online shop.
Our websites may contain links to and from other sites operated and maintained by separate companies. We have no responsibility for linked websites. The privacy policies of these sites may differ from our policy, so you should always review the privacy statement of each linked website you visit. The Voronet online shop is not responsible for handling the data within these pages.
FINAL PROVISIONS
1. The Voronet online shop reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time. In matters not covered by the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, the Civil Code and other relevant provisions of Polish law.
